How To Stay Hydrated Throughout The Day
The human body is made up of 75% water and keeping yourself hydrated is the key to good health. Keeping yourself hydrated can prevent dehydration, toxin accumulation, improper digestion and promote healthy weight. Water is lost from the body through sweat, urine, feces and breathing. Dehydration occurs when more water leaves the body than is taken in. Dehydration can also be caused by consumption of coffee, sodas, tea and sweating. By increasing water intake by one glass per week will help the body eliminate toxins, maintain healthy body weight, improve appearance of skin, manage constipation and reduce fatigue.
Things you will need:
- Water bottle (500 ml)
- Spring water
- Purchase a water bottle and fill it up with spring water.
- Start by drinking 1 bottle throughout the day.
