The Stop Dieting Method (S.D.M.) Program is not a fad diet

It was carefully curated to safely reduce total body weight by approximately 5 to 10% over the course of 12+ weeks to ensure long-term success.

Unlike most diets that focus on NOT eating certain foods or plain starvation, S.D.M. eating plan emphasizes eating THE RIGHT KIND OF FOODS.  This includes the the right kind of fat, the right kind of carbohydrates, and the right kind of protein — all in the right portion size.

S.D.M. incorporates a low-glycemic index eating plan based on the latest scientific that will help you maintain stable blood sugar and energy levels.

Low- glycemic diets are more effective than low fat diets in treating obesity, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, and type- 2 diabetes.

The 3 Phases of Weight Loss

Phase 1:  3 to 6 months

We will establish weight loss goals, set the foundations for health (digestion, sleep, stress and other), reset your liver health with Detox Reset Program, develop a diet plan, customize supplement protocol to support body systems, provide vitamin B12 injections and acupuncture, and implement daily exercise

Phase 2:  6-12 months

Maintenance can be very challenging.  After you successfully lose at least 10% of your initial weight, maintenance will focus on continuing lifestyle change

Phase 3:  12 months+

After completion of the 9 to 12 month cycle, we will repeat the weight management program as needed until target weight is achieved and maintained.
