Irresistible Vegan Cauliflower Popcorn
Finding healthy snacks can be challenging, especially if you are looking for a vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free option. Here
is a tasty recipe that you can make at home in 25 minutes that is big on taste and low in fat (4 grams) and calories (46 cal per serving)!
You will need:
2 tablespoons (30ml) of olive oil
¾ – 4 pounds of cauliflower
Sea salt
Preparation Method:
Preheat oven to 425 F (220 °C). Cut cauliflower into one inch (2.5 cm) florets. Toss with some olive oil. Brush baking sheets with olive oil and spread florets evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for approximately 10 minutes. Toss with a spoon or shake around so that florets brown evenly. Roast for additional 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and allow florets to cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with salt. Serve at room temperature or fresh out of the oven.
